Its help centre cites Anjouan licence ALSI-152406043-FI, but the Anjouan register shows that licence expired on 29 June 2026, and the Curaçao licence of its former operator Smein Hosting N.V. ended on 24 December 2025. Treat any claim of an active licence with caution until a renewal appears in a register.
Who runs Gamdom
Gamdom launched in 2016, making it one of the older brands in this market. The operating company is Smein Hosting N.V. Our sources hold no further information on who owns it.
Gamdom licence check
Gamdom's own help centre says the brand is licensed and cites Anjouan licence ALSI-152406043-FI. The Anjouan register lists that licence for gamdom.com under Moon Revolution Limitada, with an expiry date of 29 June 2026, and no renewal had appeared when we checked on 19 September 2026.
Before that, Gamdom operated through Smein Hosting N.V., whose Curaçao licence OGL/2024/424/1065 reads 'Expired' in every Curaçao Gaming Authority register edition we compared, with a term that ended on 24 December 2025. We still could not read the live footer on gamdom.com from our checking networks, but the licence the operator itself cites has lapsed according to the regulator's own register. Our verdict is therefore expired.

Incidents and red flags
- 2023 (unconfirmed): secondary sources report a fine of about €5 million from Spain's gambling regulator, the DGOJ. We have not confirmed it with the regulator.
- Curaçao licence listed as expired since 24 December 2025, with no replacement licence confirmed at our check.
What to check before you deposit
- Open the gamdom.com footer and note exactly which regulator, licence number and company it names.
- If it claims Anjouan, search the Anjouan register for that company and compare the expiry date, not the 'valid' label.
- If it still cites OGL/2024/424/1065, be aware that the CGA register listed that licence as expired on 14 September 2026.
- Check which company the terms name for resolving disputes.
