Responsible gambling
Gambling is entertainment with a built-in cost, never a way to make money. You must be 18 or older, or the legal age where you live.
Crypto adds specific risks
- No shared self-exclusion. GamStop, CRUKS and similar national schemes do not cover offshore crypto casinos. Excluding yourself on one site does not block the others.
- No dispute body with teeth. Most crypto casinos are licensed in Curaçao, Anjouan or Tobique, where player complaints rarely get enforced.
- Price swings. Balances held in volatile coins can shrink even when you are not playing.
- KYC at withdrawal. "No KYC" sites often ask for ID only when you try to withdraw a large win.
Warning signs
- Chasing losses or depositing more to win money back
- Gambling with money meant for bills, or borrowing to gamble
- Hiding gambling from people close to you
- Feeling restless or irritable when trying to stop
