Is Jack.com (ex-Jackbit) legit?

Jack.com started out as Jackbit in 2022. On 29 May 2026, the brand announced its rebrand to Jack.com, together with a new operator, the Curaçao company Data Link Digital B.V., and a new licence. Some history attached to the jack.com domain, such as its domain ranking, may predate the casino's use of it.

Data Link Digital B.V. holds OGL/2024/1562/1139, a licence under Curaçao's reformed CGA regime. In the register edition of 10 September 2026, the term had ended on 23 July 2026 and the status was 'Assessment in progress'. The renewal has been filed but not yet decided, and the licence is not listed as revoked.

When we checked on 14 September 2026, jack.com showed a Cloudflare challenge that our checker could not pass, so we relied on the register alone.
