Is TG.Casino legit?

The Tobique register lists the licensee as 3-102-939604 Limitada (Blue Ocean Tech Innovations). The site's terms, however, refer to Gaming Services Provider N.V., and we could not confirm which entity operates the casino. TG.Casino launched in 2023 and is built around the TGC token, which raised about $5 million in a presale.

On 14 September 2026, the Tobique register showed the licensee and the tg.casino domain, but the domain's status was PENDING. In the regulator's wording, a PENDING domain should not yet be taking players. The site was live.

The licence expires on 16 October 2026, 32 days after our check. Tobique publishes no licence numbers and offers players little supervision or dispute support.
