Who runs Whale.io
Whale.io started in 2023 as a crypto casino played inside Telegram, according to archived copies of the site, and later added a web casino and sportsbook. The Anjouan register names Whale Operations Ltd as the licensee for whale.io and whalecasino.io.

On 19 September 2026 the Anjouan register showed licence ALSI-202503012-FI1 (Whale Operations Ltd), issued on 10 March 2025 and expired on 9 March 2026. Anjouan labels lapsed entries 'valid', so we rely on the dates. We found no other entry for whale.io in the Anjouan, Tobique or Curaçao registers.
