Is Winna legit?

Winna launched in 2024 and is operated by GG Gaming S.R.L., registered in Costa Rica. It is one of the fast-growing brands of the 2024–2025 wave. Our sources do not identify the people behind the company.

The Tobique Gaming Commission's list of licence holders includes GG Gaming S.R.L. for Winna.com, with the certificate marked valid and an expiry date of 8 May 2027. The domain matches, so we record the licence as verified.

Verified does not mean strongly regulated. Tobique publishes no licence numbers, which makes independent cross-checking harder, and it sits alongside Anjouan in the lowest tier of jurisdictions we assess, with no practical dispute resolution for players.

For a 2024 launch, Winna has grown quickly, with an estimated $454 million in tracked deposits over 12 months (lower bound). It also buys paid placements in DappRadar's gambling listings.

The one recorded concern is serious in nature but has not been verified.

• May 2026 (unconfirmed): forum posts allege that a private 'provably fair' game, 'slide-vip', used a fixed block hash chosen by the operator, with about $7.3 million at stake. We found forum sources only and no operator response, and we could not confirm the claim.

• For in-house games, verify outcomes yourself: the server seed hash should be published before you bet, and results should recompute from server seed, client seed and nonce.
• Be cautious with private or invitation-only game modes, where outsiders cannot see how outcomes are generated.
• Confirm Winna.com still appears on the Tobique licence-holder list before depositing.
• Remember that provably fair checks prove game outcomes, not the casino's ability to pay out.
