Is Betpanda legit?

The footer of betpandacasino.io names Star Bright Media S.R.L., company number 3-102-880000, registered in Costa Rica. The same company and platform run Cryptorino, whose footer is identical. The brand has moved from betpanda.io to betpandacasino.io. A related domain, betpanda.gg, was licensed in Anjouan to a different company, Interactive Pandas SRL.

On 14 September 2026, betpandacasino.io showed no licence number and no seal, and we did not find the domain in the Anjouan, Tobique or Curaçao registers. Our verdict is no licence found.

A Costa Rican company registration covers data processing only. It does not authorise gambling and comes with no complaints body. Earlier licences in the group have lapsed. The Anjouan licence for betpanda.gg expired on 20 February 2026. Star Bright Media's own Anjouan licence, issued for another domain (CasinoPunkz), expired on 28 August 2026.

Betpanda is more visible in advertising than in measurable activity. On DappRadar's gambling page, captured on 14 September 2026, it held the first slot. That slot was a paid AD placement with no on-chain metrics, even though the page says its order reflects on-chain activity. The deposit tracker we use does not cover Betpanda.

We found no documented hacks or regulator fines. The critical issue is the missing licence.
