Updated 19 Sept 2026Flush's licence has expired. Flush.com names Fordegens Limitada and Anjouan licence ALSI-202509008-FI1, whose term ended on 2 September 2026 according to the official register, yet the seal on the site still reads VALID. Until a renewal appears on the register, we treat flush.com as unlicensed.
Who runs Flush
Flush has run a crypto casino at flush.com since at least July 2021, according to archived copies. The current footer names Fordegens Limitada, a Costa Rican company (registration 3102928865). An older footer text still in the site code names INNOVA PENSAR LIMITED and a Tobique licence; we did not find that company in the Tobique register.
Flush licence check
On 19 September 2026 the footer text claimed Anjouan licence ALSI-202509008-FI1, and the site's seal opened a certificate reading VALID for flush.com. The Anjouan register records that licence as issued on 3 September 2025 and expired on 2 September 2026.
A separate licence covers flush.io, held by Purple Dragon Ltd. and valid until 13 March 2027. It does not list flush.com.
How popular is Flush?
Flush is a mid-sized operator among the brands we track. It has an organic row on DappRadar's gambling leaderboard, and its web traffic places it in the middle of our dataset.
Incidents and red flags
We found no documented hacks, regulator actions or lawsuits. The critical finding is a lapsed licence combined with a seal that still claims validity.

The seal's status does not match the register's dates. Anjouan's register also labels expired entries 'valid', so only the expiry date shows whether a licence is in force.
