Rainbet launched in 2023 and names RBGAMING N.V. as its operator, the same entity that holds its licence. Who ultimately controls that company is not documented in our sources.
Rainbet licence check
Licence ALSI-152406029-FI2 appears in the Anjouan register in the name of RBGAMING N.V., issued on 14 June 2024 and running to 13 June 2027. Because the Anjouan register marks even lapsed entries as 'valid', we compared dates rather than relying on that label; the term is current.
The issues are on the website side. The live domain was blocked on our checking network, so we read the footer from a Wayback Machine copy dated 24 August 2026, and no regulator seal was found. As a jurisdiction, Anjouan sits near the bottom of our scale: the Comoros central bank has described Anjouan's gambling regulators as fictitious (reported by ABC News in 2025), and in practice player disputes go unresolved.
