Shuffle launched in 2023 and is run by Natural Nine B.V., which is also the licence holder. In September 2026 the brand became a sponsor of Sunderland AFC.

We took the seal from an archived footer dated 3 September 2026 and confirmed it live on cert.cga.cw, where the certificate reads 'Active'. The CGA register lists licence OGL/2024/1337/0628, issued to Natural Nine B.V. on 16 October 2024, with an 'Indefinite' term.
A verified Curaçao licence is a meaningful baseline rather than a gold standard. The CGA framework introduced in December 2024 replaced the old sub-licence system with direct licences and operator due diligence, but it still offers players less protection than the MGA or UKGC.
